Live auction bidding is hosted on RealBids.co, which has its own terms and policies.
When you contact us or request information about buying or selling at auction, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the property or areas you’re interested in. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type through normal website analytics.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, help you buy or sell at auction, connect you with the right Birddog option (cash, auction, or listing), and send relevant updates. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with our sister companies — Birddog Home Buyers and Birddog Realty Co. — and with service providers (such as the RealBids.co auction platform and our CRM) who help us operate. We may disclose information where required by law.
By providing your phone number through this website’s chat widget, you consent to receive text messages from RealBids related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and updates on your transaction. The chat widget is the only mechanism on realbids.us used to collect phone numbers or SMS consent — no contact form, landing page form, or other form on this website collects phone numbers for texting purposes. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
